    An agent in Agentsmedjan handles a routine you already have: answering customer enquiries, sending invoice reminders, taking in warranty cases, or making bookings and following them up. Every agent has a canvas that shows the steps and a process document that describes them in plain language.

  2. Built by talking it through

    Coming December 2026

    The idea is that the person who knows the routine builds the agent by explaining how you do it today. The interview asks one question at a time, and the canvas grows with the answers. Nobody has to draw flowcharts or write code.

  3. Tested and approved

    Before an agent is connected to your real systems, it will first be tested on real examples in a sandbox. In production, everything that leaves your company, whether an email, a quote or a booking, waits for a person to approve it.
