- The interview, the canvas and the process document
- The interview
- The conversation where you describe how the routine is done today. The agent is built while you answer.
- Canvas
- The drawing of the agent, step by step, from what starts a case to when it is done. There you see what the agent does and in which order.
- Process document
- A plain-text description of how the agent works: what starts it, which steps it takes, which rules it follows and who approves. On the free plan it is marked “Draft”; on paid plans it is complete and can be exported.
- 3 agents in draft, 50 sandbox runs per month
- Draft
- An agent that is built but not in production. It can be tested on examples in the sandbox, but nothing is sent or booked.
- Sandbox
- A test environment where you run the agent on your own examples and see exactly what it would have done, without anything being sent or booked. Unlimited on paid plans.
- Run
- One case the agent takes care of from start to finish, for example an invoice that is read, posted and handed over for approval. Each such case counts as one run, however many steps it has. Re-running the same example in the sandbox does not count.
- The process document is marked “Draft”

Build for free. Pay for production.
Building and testing the agent costs nothing, for as long as you like. You start paying when the agent is connected to your real systems and begins working for real. That is what we call production.
Production opens for pilot companies in spring 2027.

14 daysFor anyone who wants to see real cases handled before paying.
Starts inside the app when you press “Activate production”, not when you sign up.
- 2 agents in production and 100 runs
- Agent in production
- An agent is a digital colleague that handles one routine for you, such as supplier invoices. In production it works for real in your systems. A draft is built and can be tested on examples, but does nothing for real.
- Run
- One case the agent takes care of from start to finish, for example an invoice that is read, posted and handed over for approval. Each such case counts as one run, however many steps it has. Re-running the same example in the sandbox does not count.
- The same connections as Team
Connection. The agent's way into a system you use, such as Fortnox or your email. The sandbox uses example data. A real connection reads and writes in your real systems, always with permissions you have approved.
- A value report on day 14, then production pauses
Value report. After the trial: what the agent handled, how long it took and what was handed over to a person. Built on your real cases, not on estimates.

- The connections we have ready: Fortnox, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email and incoming webhook. You connect them yourself with your own account.
- Webhook
- A way for another system to wake the agent, for example when a new order has come in. An outgoing webhook is the reverse: the agent tells another system that something has happened.
- Email support, reply within 24 h on weekdays

- Everything in Start, plus REST/OpenAPI, outgoing webhook and database reads
- REST/OpenAPI
- A common way for systems to talk to each other. With it the agent can connect to most modern systems, including ones that are not in our library.
- Webhook
- A way for another system to wake the agent, for example when a new order has come in. An outgoing webhook is the reverse: the agent tells another system that something has happened.
- Database reads
- The agent can read directly from a database you point out, for example to look up a customer or a price. Read only, never change.
- Priority support, reply within 8 working hours
Support. The help centre is guides and answers to common questions. Email is a reply from a person within the stated time. Priority means your case is taken before others.

- Included in every paid plan: learning per agent, a masking layer, an unlimited sandbox and the full process document.
- Learning per agent
- When you correct something the agent got wrong, it proposes a change to its instructions, and the next version learns from it. The learning applies to your agent, not to other customers'.
- Masking layer
- Personal data such as personal identity numbers and account numbers can be masked before the text reaches the AI model, so the model never sees them.

Hosting on your servers and local download. Instead of running with us, the agents can run on your own servers or be downloaded and run locally. Sold only with the Business plan and a maintenance agreement.
Would you like help along the way?
A feasibility study and implementation are available as a paid service: we run the interview together with you, build the agent, connect your systems and hand it over in production. Places are limited, so we cannot promise you one until we have spoken.

What people usually ask.
When will the prices be published?
When production opens for the pilot companies in spring 2027. Register interest and we will be in touch before then.
What is a run?
One case the agent takes care of from start to finish, for example an email that is read and answered, or an invoice that is read and handed over for approval. Each such case counts as one run, also when the agent hands it over to a person. Re-running the same example in the sandbox does not count.
What happens after the 14 days?
You get a value report based on the cases the agent has handled. Then production pauses. Everything you have built stays where it is, and you choose a plan when you want to continue.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial needs no card and starts only when you press “Activate production”.
What does using your own model key mean?
From the Start plan, your company can use its own key for an AI provider on our EU list. You then get more included runs instead of a discount.
Where is the data stored?
In Stockholm. AI calls are made in the EU, with no storage and no training on your data. The sub-processors are listed on the security page.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices will be stated excluding VAT.
Be first in line when production opens.
Pilot companies get the prices first, plus help choosing a plan. Places are limited.
