An agent you can read, test and stop.

Seven parts that fit together. The interview builds the agent, the canvas and the process document show it, the sandbox tests it, approvals steer it and operations keeps watch over it. Connections reach your systems and Ask answers questions about them.

You describe it. The agent gets built.

The interview asks one question at a time and sorts the answers for you. You do not need to know how to draw an agent, only how the job is done today.

Coming December 2026
  • Eight areas: task, trigger, inputs, steps, rules, exceptions, approvers and when the job is done.
  • Answer in any order you like. The agent sorts the answers and asks for whatever is missing.
  • “What I understood” cards that you confirm or correct before anything is added.
  • Suggestions for several agents when the job is too big for one.
  • Allow 15–30 minutes for a first complete draft.

AgentsmedjanTell me about a typical case, from the first email until it’s done.

The customer emails and wants a quote. I check the prices in Fortnox, and if it’s over 25,000, Kalle has to look at it. Hanna sends the quote, then it goes into Fortnox.

AgentsmedjanI split it into five steps and two approvals. Is this right?

A map and a document. One source of truth.

The canvas, the process document and the spec are three views of the same agent. Change a field in a node and all three are rewritten, and a new version is saved with the test results alongside.

Purpose

Answer quote requests from customers with a priced quote, and record the quote.

Approvals

Above SEK 25,000, Kalle Berg, sales manager, approves the quote first. Hanna Ek, account manager, always approves the quote before it is sent.

Done when

The quote has been sent and recorded in Fortnox.

Ten node types. Approvals are always green, with a lock.

  • TriggerEmail from customer

What starts the agent: an email, a schedule, a webhook or a button.

  • IntegrationFortnox · read items

Fetches or writes through a connection. Outgoing steps run only after approval.

  • Interpret · AIInterpret the request

A model reads and sorts. If it is unsure, it hands over instead of guessing.

  • FlowCalculate the quote

A calculation with fixed rules. No AI, the same answer every time.

  • RuleOver SEK 25,000?

Chooses the path using rules you have set. The branches are written out on the canvas.

  • Create · AIWrite the quote

Writes a draft. The draft stays internal until someone has approved it.

  • ApprovalKBKalle Berg

Always a green outline, a lock and a name. It cannot be mistaken for an ordinary step.

  • EscalationHand over to you

When something does not add up, the agent pauses and sends the case to the right person.

  • KnowledgeThe price list

A document or a table that the steps read, for example a price list.

  • DoneQuote sent

The end of a run. What counts as done is written in the process document.

Three examples. All green. Then production.

The agent runs on three real cases from your everyday work. Anything that would have left your company stays in the sandbox and is shown as “would have sent”.

Coming December 2026
  • Outgoing steps are mocked. You see exactly what would have been sent, and to whom.
  • Fix a step, and a new version is saved and every example runs again.
  • Approved means green on every example plus your approval of the process document.
  • Free forever. The export is marked “Draft” until production starts.

OF-31

SEK 24,800

Hello, here is the quote for 40 office chairs with delivery in week 46: SEK 24,800 excl. VAT at your agreed prices. The quote is attached.

Nothing is sent until you say yes.

Everything that is about to leave your company lands in your inbox first: what, to whom, for what amount and why the agent suggests it. You approve, edit or reject, on your phone or at your computer.

Coming early 2027
  • The essentials at the top: recipient, case and amount.
  • The agent’s reasoning behind a button, for when you want to see why.
  • Edits are logged and can become improvements to the agent.
  • A notification with a link straight into the case.

The agent escalated

OF-35 handed over to Hanna Ek

The request mentions an item that is not in Fortnox. The agent did not guess; it paused and passed the case on with a summary.

Hanna Ek10:41

You see everything the agent has done. And what it cost.

The operations view shows every run, what it cost and what is waiting for a person. Alerts go out before anyone has a chance to notice something missing.

Coming spring 2027
  • The run log plays back on the canvas, step by step.
  • Cost per run, per agent and per month, with a cap you set.
  • Alerts when a connection has been down for 15 minutes, when errors rise or when spending nears the cap.
  • Off switch and pause schedule per agent.

Four. Two are waiting for Hanna’s approval and two have been handed over because a price is missing. The oldest came in on Monday.
